This module is for Section Leaders, Assistant Section Leaders, Managers and Supporters working towards their Wood Badge. It is also for Administrators who wish to undertake further training.
Section Leaders Managers & Supporters are expected to complete 5 hours ongoing learning each year.
This may sound like a lot but you are probably doing it without realising. The purpose of ongoing learning is to refresh and renew and update your learning, please discuss this with your Training Adviser.
It may be attending modular/unit learning again, attending workshops/meetings/skills sessions/webinars/ and other learning experiences.
When you complete ongoing learning, make sure it is recorded on your Compass profile. You can add it yourself or ask one of the Training team.
