This module is designed for County Training Managers and Local Training Managers. It helps to give them the skills needed to construct a plan to meet the training and learning needs for your area.

Managing a Learning Provision (34)

This module is designed primarily for County Training Managers (CTM) and Local Training Managers (LTM). It provides them with the necessary skills to manage a plan to meet local training and learning needs.

Adjustments to Scouts (36)

This module is for Section Leaders, Assistant Section Leaders, Managers and Supporters.

It should help you get a better understanding of how to facilitate and make reasonable adjustments in Scouts, in a way that’s constructive and effective.

Advising on Adult Appointments (37)

This module is for all members of the Appointments Advisory Committee, including the Appointments Chairman and Appointments Secretary. It provides information and gives practical advice on the running of the Appointments Advisory Committee.

Skills for Residential Experiences (38)

This module aims to help adults understand the principles of mixed scouting so that they can develop mixed local provision.

Effective Recruiter Training

To support the growth in recruitment initiatives, this package has been designed to train those involved in doing the face to face recruitment of adults and young people.

Appointments Secretary Training

This training has been developed for appointments secretaries and aims to give them the knowledge and confidence to administer the appointment process using the online tools
